Leadership Coach Jerry Colonna describes leadership as the art of growing up. Leadership is that crucible where you come face-to-face with your anxiety, your fears, and your ego. Internal questions can hold you back: What if I don’t have what it takes? What if I fail?
In every leadership moment there is an opportunity to grow ...and to grow up.

Growing up is an art because it requires reflection, curiosity and courage.
Reflection to see how your leadership is impacting others.
Curiosity to understand what is impacting you and why you show up in the ways that you do.
Courage to vulnerably initiate, make decisions and take steps to grow up.

This group is a nine-month journey beginning in September to process your leadership with a small group of men. It’s a place to share honestly about the challenge and opportunity of leading people. It’s a space to accelerate your leadership by making commitments, being held accountable and following through to stop avoiding what’s holding you back. It’s a place to be invited to live from your true self.

Cost: $400 a month

Time Commitment: 7am - 10:30am once a month on a weekday morning and homework between meetings.
