Leadership Coach Jerry Colonna describes leadership as the art of growing up. Leadership is that crucible where you come face-to-face with your anxiety, your fears, and your ego. Internal questions can hold you back: What if I don’t have what it takes? What if I fail?

Courage to vulnerably initiate, make decisions and take steps to grow up.
This group is a nine-month journey beginning in September to process your leadership with a small group of men. It’s a place to share honestly about the challenge and opportunity of leading people. It’s a space to accelerate your leadership by making commitments, being held accountable and following through to stop avoiding what’s holding you back. It’s a place to be invited to live from your true self.
Cost: $400 a month
Time Commitment: 7am - 10:30am once a month on a weekday morning and homework between meetings.
